At approximately 10:20 I had called this location to see If they do sunglasses repairs, upon the initial phone call I was Put on the line with a man named Joe Who is so rudely answered the phone and said "what do you want?" Some way to greet a client… when I asked him if they do repairs at their location he proceeded to ask me In a hostile tone what type of sunglasses they were and what the series number was, I unfortunately don't know the series number make or model all I know is that they are dolce and Gabbana And tried explaining that to him. He Then told me that "They can't take my sunglasses in if I don't know what type of sunglasses I have!" Like I'm sorry why is it so important for you to know what type of sunglasses I own, Shouldn't you be asking me what is wrong with the glasses?! Which by the way the arm is disconnected from the main frame and just needs a screw back on! To which Joe could've easily replied and said yes we can absolutely repair your sunglasses, but no he did not even do that or seem to care about how he was interacting With a Potential client on the phone. I luckily spoke with someone more professional at the location on 104th And church Ranch Boulevard, Who recommended me to come in so I can get those fixed right away. I've also emailed corporate a recording of the Initial phone call with Joe and explained to them the situation that went on. If you do not like your job or Cannot speak to anyone in a professional manner don't go into a job in Customer service!
