  As a result of a shipping problem from a mail-order pharmacy, I had to get a temporary prescription from this King Soopers pharmacy two nights ago. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names, but the technician and the on-duty pharmacists couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. In the last hour before they were to close for the night, they filled the temporary prescription, got approval from my insurance company, gave me guidance on using the medicine, and commiserated with me on how much more this temporary fill cost than a regular, long-term one. In looking at other reviews for this pharmacy, I see that several people have had bad experiences there. In addition to my recent visit, my wife and I have had numerous shots there, which have all been handled quickly, efficiently, and courteously. We wouldn't hesitate to return there if a need arose.

  Don’t believe them when they give you a time frame to process your prescription. Was told it take 20-30 minutes, it was actually 48 and nobody apologized or seemed to even care, in fact the pharmacist snapped at me when I asked how much longer. Plan to spend extra time waiting, don’t expect any kind of customer service and DEFINITELY don’t go to fill a prescription when you have other things to do with your life that day!! Or make your life easier and just go somewhere else

  The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. However, medication instructions were handled very casually. Patients should receive clear education at pickup so they don’t leave confused or needing to call their clinic with basic questions. Patient education is an important part of safe medication use. Please educate your patients with information

  The pharmacist was very kind and helpful. She explained how to get my prescription filled there the next time I needed it seeing this place is closer than the KS I usually fill my prescriptions. FYI, all their systems are connected so just call them up and you can start getting your prescriptions from this place if it is closer for you.
