- DFDaneeca FoodieOct 7, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment with them to get my teeth checked. I missed my appointment because my sister died. After calling them back after the missed appointment, they refused to schedule me again. “I’m sorry because you missed your appointment we can no longer schedule you here.” I responded, “I didn’t know of this policy.” I wasn’t notified. She says, “okay have a nice day.” Hangs up the phone. I feel I have been mistreated as I had a family emergency and they didn’t even bother to understand why the appointment was missed. I will not recommend this office in the future to friends or family.

I wasn’t notified about this policy and feel mistreated. I would not reccomend this dentist office in the future.
- GGGcOct 6, 20265.0I was so scared. The dentist was very good. And made me relax ..I am doing good. After my teeth were pulled for dentures. No dry socket this place is the best. Thank all. Glad I went to prestige dental

- SWSJ WeisbergOct 2, 20261.0The 2 step business model is just that, a business model. Hook the customer in by getting them in asap for an exam then make them come back over a month later for their cleaning. It wastes gas and time, both are of value. When asked for an exception because they were 2.5 hours away and one of the closest dentists that accepted by my insurance; they simply said they don’t operate that way. While I didn’t make it past the intro phone call, I refuse to be seen by any medical practice that prioritizes money over people, where is your humanity? No, instead you expect me to make 10 hours of round trip driving just to get a cleaning. Can’t imagine how much driving if I actually had an issue that needed to be fixed.
