I’ve referred many friends and family members to him because he’s an excellent dentist who is continually furthering his education to provide all of us with the absolutely best care and treatment options.   The aftercare at this place was a joke. I got 4 wisdom teeth out at once was sent home Thursday with just a prescription note for narcotics. I was supposed to have a mouth rinse with it and with this prescription it would have been completed on their end. In my opinion the mouth rinse was more crucial to me than the narcotics. When I got to the pharmacist they said they did it wrong and they needed to fix the instructions on their end, didn’t seem too difficult. They close at 3 and are closed on Fridays and my prescription was ready at 4 on a Thursday mind you for the narcotics, so they couldn’t fix their mistake on the rinse, so I messaged them right away like they suggested. Of course that was a waste of time they told me it was sent in which was false. I waited for Monday because there wasn’t much I could do. I messaged them Monday morning because there was something wrong and the pain was too great, even with narcotics. They said nothing about the mouth rinse but I was just glad they could get me in, so I didn’t make too much a fuss which was my mistake, always advocate for yourself. When I went in they told me I had an infection and the dentist asked have I been using the mouth rinse that was prescribed and I stated it’s not ready there was something wrong on your end, all I got was I’ll give a prescription for antibiotics. I’m in so much pain and this could have been avoided. I have been waiting 5 days for the mouth rinse and Monday when I went in they still didn’t fix it, so I had another provider I knew and they called one in that second and got it done. That mouth rinse was very important for the healing process. I’m in so much pain and this all could have been avoided. Please don’t take yourself or your loved ones here. I have been crying in pain for 4 days now with an infection that could have been avoided. I did wonder why the dentist stated about 4 to 5 times for a good review I didn’t think much of it because he did a good job it was the aftercare they do not know how to handle properly. The physician that passed god rest his soul would have never let something like this happen. Do you think in these times I can take that many days off work to heal and then have to heal from something that could have been easily avoided. Tooth pain is no joke and to me they treated it as such. If that’s something you want this is the right place to go. The office manager even laughed at my mother when my mom went in and tried to help me.

  I'm super freaked out by dentist but Philson is great and I will keep going to him for as long as I have teeth
