  Exceptional customer service and professionalism Alyssa Sherrell Tiffany thank you for all that you guys do, you have a 10/10 review from me! Note to customer if you come in as a walk- in expect to wait in waiting room at least 4 hours with no ETA and you are NOT a priority if you do walk-in, my 2nd visit I had a scheduled appointment and started within 15 minutes, and employees in front (Alyssa Sherrell and Tiffany) are exceptional, (employees in back by doctor by waiting room DESPERATELY need better customer service training, they must put their customers 1st and stop chatting with eachother about nonsense endlessly when patients are waiting! Most places dont do walk-ins... but still there ample room for improvement for people working in waiting room if they work as a team and make their patients a priority for once. Hope this helps you make an informed decision, whether you are a patient or employee at eyemart express.

  I recommend this place full heartedly. They were busy, but fit me and my son in. 2 eye exams (son didnt need glasses afterall) 2 pairs of glasses, frames that I liked (so many to decide from), add ons that I could afford (auto shading, no line bifocals...) and a helpful technician. All for under $335. The wait time was less than an hour. Love em. Will be going back next time. Wonderful people

  Brandon helped me with my glasses. He even talked to my insurance company trying to figure out what was covered. Unfortunately my prescription didn't work but I did get reading glasses. Great job Brandon.

  Keep in mind this is for an eye appointment . You only get one set of eyes your whole life. So that’s why I took this call seriously. So let me begin. I called in to make sure they were accepting new patients and make sure they take my insurance. My previous ophthalmologists no longer takes my insurance. So I called to set up an appointment . A lady answered and assured me they are taking new patients and let me know they take my insurance. Sounds simple enough right? Well that is far from right . So first she answered the phone in a normal tone . After I spoke she then giggled and began to talk to me like I am a child . She continued to giggle and when she spoke to me it was coming off in a very sarcastic manner. This made me feel insulted and belittled. I ended the call there and it is safe to say I will never go there nor will I let anyone I respect and care for go there either . If that is how they handle a simple BUSINESS PHONE CALL , I can’t even imagine how they would handle an eye exam or even a simple fitting for frames . Now it makes sense why you guys have really good deals on your frames you have good deals because you can’t attract people to your business by simply being good with people and doing your job well . I mean you don’t have to go above and beyond but you definitely should meet at least the minimum requirement of a professional business.
