Took my prescription here was able.to.get.2.pair.of.fill in glasses for around 39 dollars in about an hour! So now I can still work and functional till I get my glasses back

After multiple attempts to understand her insurance lingo, and telling me to just call my insurance if I want any information, I nearly walked out. I only stayed to see if they had any frames for large head (they do). From there, Jake took over. He is the model of professionalism. Very educational, very friendly, super helpful. I walked out with two pair 45 minutes later, for $17. Jake absolutely maximized my insurance benefits, saving nearly $700. I asked for the manager’s card so I could brag on Jake, and complain about Jayne. Turns out Jayne is the Store Manager. Unreal. Thank you Jake! Simply awesome. Jayne….well…stay away from customers.
