  Check-in experience on December 26, 2025 around 4:00 p.m. was extremely poor. The woman handling check-in showed no communication and no initiative. I stood there while she stared at her screen for long stretches at a time, close to 10 minutes, without acknowledging me, explaining what was happening, or asking a single question. There was no greeting, no updates, and no effort to move the process along.

  Made an appointment. Showed up for my appointment only to be told that they didn't have any providers at the facility today. No one bothered to call me before I showed up and wasted my time especially when feeling sick

  My experience was great, I was seen early and Gina was absolutely amazing. A month ago when my boyfriend went his experience was not good. The Dr refused to give him antibiotics for a sinus infection he'd had for a few weeks, and the next day a different doctor at another clinic gave him medicine immediately for how bad it had been.

  Andrew WEBB lacks any compassion and understanding of why people are perscriped what they have. He has no sense of patient confidentiality either. As long as this guy is working here get your scripts filled elsewhere. Unless you want to be laughed at and have your business aired loud enough that everyone can hear what you are there for.
