Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

    The front girl staff member is very rude. Every.Single.interaction I have had with her she has made it seem like I am a huge burden or annoying to have to deal with. Maybe she hasn't been educated that talking to people like they are beneath you is not how you grow your business. Even overhearing how she speaks to patients on the phone is cringe worthy. The distain for others is real. My eye glass prescription never worked even though I paid for them to be fixed. I was told they only offer one fix and then it is probably the frame I picked out and there would be nothing more they could do for me. I didn't bother coming back in because, I was again, dealing with this staff member and didn't want to speak with her again. I then went in to get trial pairs of contacts. I realize that my exam was July 2025 but I was not provided trial pairs at the time of my visit. She stated they do not provide trial pair of contacts, in which I retorted that they do but I did not receive mine. She wanted me to make a new exam appointment but my eye exam is good for 1 year. I again reiterated that my eye glasses did not work out so I didn't want to buy boxes of contacts without trying them first. I even offered to pay for the trial pairs. I am happy to pay for these sorts of things. I was that desperate to try them before purchasing. She said she needed to read the doctor note and in the note it said I was provided a trial box. I work in the medical field, when patients tell me that my provider's note is wrong (since provider notes are sometimes copied over or auto generated in the medical field). I believe the patient, especially those that have not complained to the clinic before. I have never raised an issue. BUT not this staff member, nope. I got so flustered with the staff's demeanor that I chose to leave. I will not be returning and neither will my entire family So you should be proud. You sure showed me who was boss.

    I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service that I received from Josh and Amanda when an issue with my lenses arose after my purchase! They both listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly with a favorable outcome! I highly recommend them to be your eyewear provider, thank you both!! James S.

    Doctors here will spend time with you to ask all of the questions you need. They can write down which glasses you are considering so you can come back a later time to purchase. Front staff is amazing.

    I broke my glasses and spent several hours trying to fix them on my own. I eventually brought them in to Pearle Vision and Josh fixed them for me in 5 minutes. He was quick, kind and happy to help. It's hard to find that kind of service these days. I would definitely go back to Pearle Vision in the future for my eye care and glasses. Thank you, Josh!
