  Don’t waste your time coming to this pharmacy. The staff are extremely unprofessional and very rude most specially the Pharmacist. I had a frustrating experience and would recommend going to a different pharmacy instead. Management should seriously address these issues.

  This kingsoopers has the most rude workers. They wont even let you use the restroom for paying customers. They sit in their phones and act like they are working its pathetic the shelves are empty. Shop else where everyone.

  not my first bad experience here. one time it took 3 attempts and 2 days to pick up a regular prescription i get that they said was ready. the girl who assisted was new, gave me the wrong brand and it had a co-pay (usually i don’t) however even when i asked her to ask the pharmacist for help, she refused. this time i was prescribed 3 medications from the emergency room. i attempted to call about 10 times - every time being put on hold before i could get a word in, or just hung up on. when someone finally did speak with me she claimed they were out of all three prescriptions with no alternatives and i’ll have to wait until the next day after 3pm. i told her if that was the case, they should’ve called me when they got the prescription so i could transfer it to a pharmacy that does have them in stock. i’ve NEVER dealt with bad experiences at a pharmacy before until this location, and i will no longer be using them going forward. i recommended to anyone reading these reviews to do the same as i will also be telling everyone i know as well.

  The communication here is beyond poor. After five attempts to pick up an Rx for my child they tell me they can't get the product from the manufacturer. That's information they should have given me on the phone when I was checking to see if it was ready before I came in the first time. It is also odd that they gave me a three day supply that first time but let their big reveal go unspoken. On my fourth visit they told me it would be ready in the afternoon. If it isn't a communication problem it is some sort of delight in being dissatisfying. Also, the online system to track Rxs from King Soopers is utter trash. They should just take it down instead of wasting people's time.
