- DDDiann DeckerApr 19, 20261.0The front desk clerk at the Pharmacy today at 2:30pm was so rude and unprofessional. She was very loud talking about sensitive information. I have never been impressed with the service and today was just another example to find a better pharmacy.

- DADavid AudaJan 23, 20231.0Had to deal with a receptionist named Odyssey. She acted like I was bothering her. Didn't want to be bothered to look up the info for my doctor (which they had on file). While I was waiting, the lady next to me was complaining because they had told her it would be 2 hours, and when she came back, she was told it would be another hour because they were busy. Just as easy to go somewhere else.
- JDJessica DaughertyJan 17, 20211.0I dropped 2 very basic prescriptions off (standard antibiotic plus mouthwash for a dental procedure) on a Saturday morning. Very pleasant pharmacy tech said it would be 45 minutes. I didn’t want to wait because of Covid so I came back the next day - more than 24 hours later - and a rude pharmacist told me I needed to wait because she didn’t have it ready yet. I then waited in an obviously dirty waiting area while she told 2 more people in line who expected their prescriptions to be ready behind me the same thing. There’s no privacy for any conversations as the waiting chairs are 5 feet from the service counter and she spoke loudly to several people about their medicines instructions, etc. while I sat where she indicated and could clearly hear everything. Privacy was not an issue for my medicines but for some it certainly could be. I know this pharmacy is cheaper than a drugstore but it’s not a value for me. If you shop here multiple times a week or have regular maintenance medications you use that are cheaper here, it might be worth dealing with their disorganization/customer service issues. For one-time prescriptions like I had, I recommend using a different pharmacy.
