Was given wrong address drove 30 minutes the wrong direction to find out my appointment was somewhere else when you call the system It tells you to press one for hours of operations on locations. It doesn’t give you the location had to wait 20 minutes to speak to someone and when I did, they were very unprofessional staff apathetic and rude. It’s honestly actually zero stars

Avoid this place if you are using insurance!
I specifically chose this office because it was in-network with my insurance, and my plan included 20 acupuncture sessions. I made it very clear multiple times that I only wanted acupuncture services that were covered by my insurance. Thank goodness I only went for three visits and not twenty, and each time I paid my $30 copay at the appointment.
Despite that, they have been sending me bills for months. They also added infrared lamp treatment without clearly explaining it to me or getting my informed consent beforehand. Now I am seeing charges like $914 for one visit, followed by “adjustments,” and they still want me to pay additional amounts for each short acupuncture appointment that I already paid a copay for and believed was covered by my plan.
I strongly recommend avoiding this office if you care about transparent pricing and insurance billing. Total scam.
I was optimistic about this place because it's right by my house and I wanted to start acupuncture treatments again. Everything was just fine and according to my insurance it's a $30 copay. I set the appointment and had a really good session. Three months go by, and I finally get a bill for $120 which confused me because first of all, you can get an acupuncture appointment with self pay for way less than that.
So I called my insurance carrier who told me I was being charged that for the questions asked initially at the appointment such as how often do you feel pain and what would you like to see happen in this appointment, etc. I found this to be ridiculous because you're asked questions at every initial appointment you make and I've never been billed for that.. So when I called the billing office they basically said too bad so sad... it's very unethical to not inform their patients of this charge ahead of time, which I find to be a lack of transparency and shady practices. I appealed this with my insurance carrier and I won my case. And the billing office lady I spoke to was basically laughing when I told her I would appeal this, saying good luck with that...well guess who got the last laugh, lady! Stay away from this place!!

This was a great experience and I am happy with their location and everyone that worked there was really kind. They have great locations for me! Looking forward to feeling better.
UPDATE: : they reply faster to Google reviews instead of calling a patient back. I tried calling right now and it goes to their lovely Voice Mail for their nonexistent assistant.
BEWARE: I have a rare disease and Dr. Whitley one of their pain doctors prescribed me Lyrica. The medication helps me a lot but every time I need a refill it’s nothing short of chaos. It’s impossible to get the doctor or her “assistant” to call back. I’m waiting for a refill, IN PAIN, day 4. And no, this is not the first time. They smile, give you an email and a number to contact and never reply. this review will be staying here until the clinic manager calls me and explains why this keeps reoccurring and what solutions they can offer. there’s no excuse, You’re running a pain management practice pick up the phone, or return the call . Almost like disabled medicaid people are not worth calling back for.
