  Worst experience of my life! I had an appointment for weeks for pain management and they called 1 business day before my appointment and canceled it. Valeria said they wouldn't see me because I was on 2 pain medications and a anxiety med. I made the appointment in plenty of time not to run out of pain meds. Well, then she told me the Doctor wouldn't see me. How am I supposed to get pain management when the doctor refuses to see me because of what I'm on!? I don't like the combo either, but they wouldn't listen to me when I told them i wanted a new plan.. So now, I'm going to run out of pain meds that I'm on now and going to go into withdrawal. We just moved here...Welcome to Colorado!! We are just going to let you suffer! That's how much they care about you. Doctor wouldn't even see me to discuss solutions (that changed their tune later, but too late - bridge burned). Stay as far away from this place as possible! They don't care about you, they just want your money!

  They care nothing for their patients. Its only about $. I have been with them for years for Chiropratic, which I feel was the cause of the spinal fusion I had to have. I had no neck problems until I started going to the chiropractic services. Their physical therapists are always changing and you'll never have the same person. Therefore there is no personalization in your care. They chargerd me 3 times what my co-pay was before 3 physical therapist appts. I called my insurance whom on a conference call woth Mountain View pain Center, my insurance said, you should NOT be charging the client this amount, as her deductible HAS been met. They said they will look into it amd get back to me. That was over 5 months ago. I NEVER got my money back. I went to their pain specialist who just referred me to an orthopedic specialist because there wasnt anything they could do for me. Finally after years of the therapeutic massages which though painful were the only thing I had to keep me from excruciating pain and was the only thing that kept me mobile and able to work my physical labor job, regardless of my degenerative disc disease. I was allowed 2 appts a month. It was the only thing keeping me mobile. My insurance covered it beside my copay. And though I had 4 appts scheduled with them fir the 2 upcoming months, they cancelled all of them. I was not the only patient they did this too. Theu cancelled a large percentage of the therapeutic clients they had. They said they changed their policy and direction as a company. They are ONLY for those who have active personal injury cases (such as active auto accident claims) They will no longer take medical insurance or self paid for the therapeutic massage. I have been with them for about 4 years and the company has changed their policies too many times. Therefore they are NOT dependable and they do not care about you and your pain. Its only about the money for them. I will no longer recommend them to anyone.

  This place is amazing! I would recommend anyone to come here for physical therapy. The physical therapists are great!

  If you’re considering this practice I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I arrived a few minutes late (less than 5) for my appointment. They scheduled me at this center which is 30mins away and I had to wait 2+ weeks for the appointment. On arrival they said I didn’t fill out my intake forms, which were never sent to me. I then spent 15mins filling out the forms only for their software to fail and not allow me to submit them. I was then told I took too long and they refused to see me that day because it was more than 10 mins past my appointment, taking no responsibility for their own mistakes. This is not an office that will respect your time or work with you. They expected me to wait on them to print out physical forms, refill them out, and then leave without being seen. They also book themselves so wall to wall that they can’t possibly be flexible to accommodate any appointment starting even slightly late. I can’t imagine they provide good care from what I experienced just trying to get in the door. Absolutely do not trust this location with your care if you haven’t started already.
