  Had to be one of the least stressful shopping experiences for eyeglasses I’ve ever had. Savannah listened carefully to what I was looking for and led me to a small selection of frames. Among those was the perfect pair. Lenscrafters has a solid collection of glasses for all ages and with Savannah‘s help I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. She quickly accessed my insurance coverage and laid out the cost for prescription I wanted without trying to add more. That had never happened to me when shopping for glasses in the past. Centerra LensCrafters/Loveland will be my go-to place.

  We return here year after year because of the great service and attention to detail from everyone. Dr. Kiefer always takes the time to listen and understand our eye health. He really makes sure our prescription will help! I appreciate all aspects of the eye exam. Margaret is amazing. She always finds the perfect pair of glasses for my face. She is an expert for sure. She is super friendly and takes the time to make sure we are happy with our new glasses!

  Margarett was wonderful. She was incredibly patient with me while I tried on what felt like every pair of designer frames in the store. She never rushed me, offered helpful feedback, and made the whole experience fun instead of overwhelming. I left feeling confident in my choice and really appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

  The customer service at this Loveland location is absolutely excellent from start to finish. The entire retail and front-desk staff are attentive, helpful, and ensure a seamless experience whether you are checking in for an exam or selecting frames. A standout highlight of this location is Dr. Douglas Kiefer. He is exceptionally nice, friendly, and maintains a high level of professionalism throughout the visit. Furthermore, his eye examinations are incredibly thorough, as he takes the time to explain the health of your eyes clearly and answers any questions without making the appointment feel rushed. Between the top-tier clinical care provided by Dr. Kiefer and the welcoming environment created by the staff, this facility is highly recommended for anyone seeking quality eye care and eyewear services.

  Worthless employees, ordered me plastic lenses get my glasses over a week later for the lenses to be so think i cant even adjust then do not go here I recommend real vision!
