I get to have lots of flexibility in scheduling which has been a bonus as someone who has a lot of side projects they like to do. The office is a super supportive team and they truly care for your well-being in a job that has a high risk of being draining. To be able to assist aging members of our community in the way that we do at Home Instead is a super rewarding thing to experience and that has made this my favorite job that I've ever had.
