I’ve been going here once a week for the past year, and I intentionally waited this long to write a review because I wanted to make sure I could truly speak to the experience. After a full year, I can confidently say I love it so much that I’ve now joined as an unlimited member!
Over the past year, I’ve worked through various injuries and issues, and the entire team has always been incredibly accommodating, supportive, and wonderful to work with. I’ve also really enjoyed getting to know the instructors, staff, and other members. It truly feels like a community, which makes coming to class that much more enjoyable!
I’m so glad I found this group and am excited to be spending even more time here!

Buyer beware! I’m extremely disappointed with how Club Pilates Longmont handled my attempt to cancel my membership.
I initially called in May intending to cancel and was offered a freeze instead. A few days later, I emailed the studio and clearly stated that I needed to cancel. I received a written response saying they **could not cancel my membership while it was frozen** and that I would have to unfreeze it and have them run another invoice in order to cancel.
When I spoke with the studio again in June, I was told the same thing and was encouraged to keep the membership frozen through the summer and reconsider later. I continued paying monthly freeze fees because I was told I could not cancel while frozen.
I have since carefully reviewed the membership agreement I signed. The contract says a month-to-month membership can be terminated at any time with the required notice. It also has a section specifically addressing membership freezes. I cannot find anything in my contract stating that a frozen membership cannot be cancelled or that I must reactivate it and pay another membership invoice before I am allowed to cancel.
What is especially frustrating is that I have the May email documenting both my written request to cancel and the studio’s refusal to process it because my account was frozen.
I have now formally requested that Club Pilates Longmont honor my May cancellation request and refund the freeze fees I incurred after my membership should have ended. If they resolve this fairly, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.
I enjoyed Pilates itself, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Customers should be able to rely on the cancellation terms in the membership agreement they actually signed.
There is a reason I think consumers should be cautious when joining a studio where membership pricing and terms are not transparently posted online. I would strongly recommend reading every part of the membership agreement before signing and keeping a copy of it.
Personally, after this experience, I would recommend looking into a locally owned, non-franchise Pilates studio where membership terms and pricing are transparent and the member experience is prioritized.
I enjoyed Pilates itself, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Customers should be able to rely on the cancellation terms in the membership agreement they actually signed.

I went for the Free intro class on Saturday and loved it!
Lucky me... they had a promotional and I joined. Today was my 1st full length class and the instructor was amazing (Tione). Even though it was the Level 1 class, she had several suggestions to increase the challenge for a harder workout (like I wanted) as I get used to how the Pilates equipment works.
I have had several back surgeries and the core workout focuses on back muscles and flexibility, just as much as for your abs (also what I was looking for).
There were all levels of fitness in the class, as well as those who have done Pilates for a long time. The atmosphere was very supportive and motivating to everyone.
If you've thought about it... I suggest trying Club Pilates in Longmont (they also have locations in Boulder, Fredrick & Waneka). 💖

So far, I am impressed by Club Pilates! The instructors are helpful, adaptable, and supportive. Before you know it, the hour is up and you’ve had a full body workout. Modifications can be made at any time too for injuries or limitations. It’s also a group suffering in a very positive way!
