  I have been coming to Target Optical at this location the last couple of years and have had a wonderful experience until my visit this month. They were not able to figure out my vision insurance despite having the same insurance information with no changes over the last year from my previous annual eye exam. I had to pay for the visit out of pocket and provide the information to my insurance on my own, and had to pay out of pocket over $200. I had called a couple months prior to my visit to order contacts, and was told over the phone by Valentina or chell that my insurance was used and processed. I came to find out at this recent visit that they never even processed my insurance at all when I ordered new contacts on the phone. Everyone is extremely nice, but just not helpful and don’t seem to have the bandwidth to process health insurance for visits. They had the excuse of “their platform is having issues processing” but when speaking with my own health insurance it seems to be a very simple process to have these things submitted to them. It has been a nightmare trying to go back and forth with Target and my vision insurance to figure out what is going on. I do not want anyone to have a negative experience so please consider other optical centers before you come here.

  Has to be one of the worst run optical departments in the target network. Never does what they say they will, never remembers what they said they would do. And not just one time - multiple times, every single time. After having more patience than we should have, it's time for us to go elsewhere.

  Target optical has major quality control issues and I would recommend going elsewhere for your optical needs. The lenses on one of the sets of glasses I ordered came with horrible chuck marks from the cutting process at the factory. It was extremely difficult to clean off and upon inspection there are several very small bubbles in between the coating on the right pen.. It looks very minor but will develop into a big issue. This is not what you should receive when paying hundreds of dollars for glasses.. The coating on the first set I ordered on 3/26 is also already starting to bubble. Very disappointing with my experience way target optical
