  I highly recommend this optical for all your needs. They are currently under new management with a whole new staff and some issues that are floating over from previous management not being there but they try to handle it the best they can. Shoutout to Jake and Chell you guys are doing amazing!!!

  I stopped in and Jake gave my glasses a full tune up, cleaned them up, replaced the pads and didn't charge me anything. Outstanding service and Jake was a real nice guy.

  I came into this office to get an eye exam and renew my contact lens prescription. I have used target optical in the past at another location, but this one was closer to my house so I thought I would come here instead and I wish I would’ve never taken the time to even look at this place I should’ve just stuck with vision Works! I came here on Friday of last week so a week ago today and was seen by a doctor Lieber she is a younger optometrist. I was out of contacts and really needed to get a new prescription as my vision was getting worse and now need bifocal Contact lenses. After finishing the exam, she would NOT give me a prescription for my contacts which is what I came in for and was told that I needed to call back on Monday or Tuesday and let her know which one worked out for me. I did not know that this was the condition and only give me an eyeglass prescription, which is not what I came in for. It is now Friday of the following week so one week from my exam and I still do not have a prescription for my contact lenses and was told that I cannot get a single contact lens prescription until it is cleared with her. I tried calling, their voicemail is full and the email I was given is not correct. Well as we all know, Optometrists are not always in And this has been a nightmare from The moment I walked out of there so now I am basically getting my contact lens prescription That I paid for which I might add, was around $150 with vision insurance, held hostage by target optical?!! I’m am super sad 😢 I still can’t order my contact lenses and not even irritated at this point just feel stupid for going there…. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there

  I have never experienced Targets optical department. I always got my glasses from Costco. Wow Jake was amazing at the Target in Lone Tree. He made it so easy and was very kind! Thanks Jake!

  I have been coming to Target Optical at this location the last couple of years and have had a wonderful experience until my visit this month. They were not able to figure out my vision insurance despite having the same insurance information with no changes over the last year from my previous annual eye exam. I had to pay for the visit out of pocket and provide the information to my insurance on my own, and had to pay out of pocket over $200. I had called a couple months prior to my visit to order contacts, and was told over the phone by Valentina or chell that my insurance was used and processed. I came to find out at this recent visit that they never even processed my insurance at all when I ordered new contacts on the phone. Everyone is extremely nice, but just not helpful and don’t seem to have the bandwidth to process health insurance for visits. They had the excuse of “their platform is having issues processing” but when speaking with my own health insurance it seems to be a very simple process to have these things submitted to them. It has been a nightmare trying to go back and forth with Target and my vision insurance to figure out what is going on. I do not want anyone to have a negative experience so please consider other optical centers before you come here.
