I established a professional relationship with DJ who was full of energy and informative. He sure knows how to multitask as well as bond with me in conversations and put my new glasses order together and he didn’t even make a single mistake in typing my order out on the tablet. Amy was very personable & professional & told us someone would be with us shortly as she was assisting another customer. DJ was the sales associate who assisted us with our glasses purchase. He was very patient & thorough with me & my husband! I needed 2 pairs of glasses, one for everyday use & also a pair for viewing the computer. My husband only needed one pair. DJ made certain that our glasses fit well & he noticed that my husband’s frames didn’t quite sit right on his nose. Amy was nearby & found a pair that was similar to the frames he had picked out, but fit his face better. As DJ was doing measurements for both of us we noticed the “Meta” frames. We asked him questions about them & he was very thorough in explaining was the Meta glasses do. DJ was also very patient as we were waiting for our insurance to process. From start to finish DJ gave exceptional customer service! We were told our glasses would be ready in about 2 weeks, however, they were ready in 1 week! Woohoo! When we came in to pick up our glasses, Amy assisted us to make certain they fit well on our face & that we could see & read different sizes of print. Amy also gave exceptional customer service!! We are very impressed with the quality of our glasses & with the customer service we received from both DJ & Amy! I highly recommend this Lens Crafters, not only for their frame selection, but also from the excellent customer service we received from both Amy & DJ!
