Great optometrist and optician. Both worked through my many questions and were helpful and knowledgeable. Ryan, my optician tracked down some frames that the store didn't have in stock, but he got a pair from another store in the mall so we could measure with the exact frames I wanted. Great experience!

My glasses fell apart while walking around the mall. Lens fell out and that tiny screw was lost to the mists of time. I didn’t even buy the glasses with them, but I brought in the frame and lens and Willow had the whole thing put back together in less than 10 minutes. I was incredibly impressed with the quality and kindness of Willow, manager Amy, and the rest of the crew. They were super helpful and sweet, and when I asked what I owed them they said the repair was free of charge. I cannot thank them enough! Will definitely be going back if I need future repairs and for my next pair of glasses!

Amy is a true example of how a top mgmt performer handles her tough customers such as myself.. She sat us down, made us feel comfortable and from there the magic began!!! She was able to put together this phenomenal package deal including the latest 40% off discount on my prescription sunglasses that I have been wanting for awhile..She pluggged all the numbers in, came up with multiple solutions for my new eyeglasses that I so desperately needed..Then out of nowhere got my sunglasses included and a finance plan that I can actually afford!!!! WOW!!! Give this woman a raise please!! #bestcustomerserviceAmy#1#Thank u for Exceptional customer service skills! See u in 2 weeks for pick up!!!

DJ helped me get setup with some new prescription lenses with my existing glasses and sunglasses. And found me a deal that ended up being cheaper to get all new frames as well. I’d definitely recommend DJ and the store manager they were both very nice and helpful!

TL;DR- Overpriced and bad service.
I tried to use my vision insurance and they pulled it up and said it’s being denied “for some reason” but that I could submit a request for reimbursement. Turns out they didn’t know what they were doing or lied because my vision plan (unbeknownst to me), as of this year, no longer included materials, only exams. When I submitted my claim for reimbursement, my insurance provider said the store would have been told or shown that reasoning at the time of the transaction. So someone is lying and based on my subsequent experiences at this store, I would wager it was the store employee.
As part of my over $600 pair of glasses, I was sold what that same employee called “scratch protection”. When the glasses did get scratched after a just few weeks, I went in to see what could be done and I was rudely told nothing could be done. The scratch protection I bought just means the lenses, which clearly scratched very easily, were scratch “resistant” and that’s what I paid extra for, but it clearly didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. How they have such a high rating on Google is a mystery to me. Maybe the people that shop here are masochists.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
