- UNUpalaxi NayakAug 12, 20262.0Instructors are nice and pretty. Thankful for the free class so I could learn cycle bar is not for me. Their website does not explain which classes are beginner friendly. I unknowingly signed up for an advanced class and my body did not like it. Also their marketing department is spamming my inbox from so many different emails. I have unsubscribed like 10 times and I still get some crap from them in my inbox.

The studio and all staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this studio for fun and challenging spin classes!

She was fantastic, and the workout was definitely challenging! Skylar at the front desk was also incredibly kind and helpful. The energy was great, and it was such a good workout. I’m already looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in town! 😊
- ADAlyssa DavidNov 26, 20221.0I recently moved to the area from the Southwest Plaza location and wanted to transfer to Lone Tree and keep my rider status since I’m almost to 80 rides. They refused to keep my status and wanted to start me all over. They would only transfer my status if I bought the most expensive membership… seems pretty sketchy to me. I was going to buy a $200 package this week too (I just wanted to keep my status!)… guess they don’t want my money and I most definitely will NOT be returning. Southwest Plaza was way better and friendlier.
