Lindsey is the absolute best. She is my favorite instructor. Very consistent and on point. Great play lists. Fantastic class today as always

Scotty is the best yoga instructor I've had in years. His approach to teaching Restore is grounded in the practice of gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation. With the use of candlelight and healing sounds, Scotty creates a calm, welcoming environment for all.

I had my first class with Jayla last night and it was amazing! Loved her as a teacher and the class itself was so great too. The room is warm so you sweat more and they give you fresh cold towels at the end to cool off. Jayla and the gal at the desk gave me a warm welcome, showed me around to get my bearings etc. Really enjoyed it! Will definitely be back!

Beware of this place cancellation process, they are not disclosing how it exactly works and then you being charged after freeze period, they always forget to mention that you have to wait till freeze is over to request a cancellation, what a scammy business practice, I was there for couple of years total off and on, and after this experience will never go back

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Y6. I have been to many Y6 studios, this one is amazing, Power is my favorite class but I’ve tried a handful! :)
I’m a lil scared to leave feedback because I don’t want to offend anyone, my name is on this, and this does NOT pertain to all instructors.
One thing I think could drastically improve the experience for some, if not all clients: just being mindful that it can feel exclusionary when an instructor doesn’t offer modifications or (hands off or on) individualized form corrections to those clearly struggling or unable to perform some movements. I’ve been a personal trainer, kickboxing instructor, nationally competitive bodybuilder, yogi, completed Marine Corps officer training, and still need mods sometimes. No reason to see beginners struggling, risking injury, or getting less than an effective workout because they can’t keep up. “Effective” is only synonymous with “fast paced & advanced” for those with considerable knowledge/experience, not the general population.😅
