  I’ve been coming here for awhile now and absolutely love it. The team is warm and welcoming. I took a small break to recover from an injury and was nervous to get back on the mat, but in my first class back with Hayley, I felt like I was at home again. Hayley’s classes are one of my favs. She is knowledgeable, supportive and uplifting. Everyone at Y6 is amazing 🩷

  Misty is wonderful ,kind and diligent in her yoga practice. She also has the best soundtrack with intentional spiritual uplifting messages like gratitude . I really appreciate her practice and look forward to going ever week!

  Hayley was a great instructor. She was motivating and very helpful guiding me through poses. It was a very enjoyable class

  Leah was amazing! I absolutely loved this class, and I’ll be back. The restore session was so relaxing but truly helped my sore muscles I feel a million times better.

  I went with my daughter for the first time it was great. The woman at the front desk said my daughter can’t go to the bathroom More than 2x I’ll try and make sure she goes before class next time and has a bigger water bottle so she doesn’t have to refill it. Other people in the class said she was great and we can’t wait to try it again.
