  I have been getting my glasses and eye exams at this Target for years and I always receive wonderful service. I like the selection of frames and the convenience.

  This is the second (or third?) at least time that my family and I have been to the Target Optical Center at the 9390 W. Cross Drive location. We have always had wonderful service and exceptional visits with the optometrist but today was amazing. I was there with my preteen son for his eye exam and new glasses frames and of course he picked out fancy Ray-Ban frames. However, the young woman at the counter worked some sort of magic and, after my insurance and a Target vision deal, I paid an astonishingly low price (I paid more for the babysitter for my other son so we could go to the appointment!). I was so overwhelmed by her kindness and empathy. The two other employees were also understanding and told me that because my son was a minor, his order would be expedited. We have never received that. I left the appointment feeling truly cared about and understood as a single mom on a budget. Thank you Target Optical!

  Dr Borden has been serving this clinic for a few years, a while now and I appreciate that continuity. The front optical staff is friendly and knowledgeable with their jigs and tech.
