  I have had multiple disappointing experiences at the Littleton location. Most recently, my husband arrived late to his appointment and fully acknowledges that. However, when he arrived, no one acknowledged him or offered any assistance. By the time someone finally helped him, he was told he was now 15 minutes past his appointment time and could not be seen. This could have been avoided with a simple greeting when he walked in. This is not an isolated incident. I have personally walked into this location and stood waiting without anyone lifting their heads to acknowledge I was there. I had to interrupt the staff just to let them know I existed. To make matters worse, I was never informed about ongoing promotions during my visits — I only found out through someone else and had to call back to take advantage of them. The service here consistently falls short of what customers deserve. I would not recommend this location if you value being treated like your time and business matter.

  I have been coming here for many years and I'm Done! They have went from bad to horrible, the last five years have been the worst! My wife or myself have had many bad experiences from poor lenses too horrible customer service. The last straw was very bad customer service AGAIN! I was 10 minutes late and was ignored when I came in. They spent 3 minutes emptying a trash can instead of focusing on the customers. Then I was told to wait because another person was in front of me, that's all good but while waiting and looking at frames they helped another person that entered after me and ignored me. Now very frustrated I used the restroom and came back to have the man behind the counter act like he never seen me and asked me again if I was there to check in. I told him "Yes the for the second time" and gave him my name he said they have a 15 minute policy and they cannot help me. I was furious and told him I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and I've been waiting here for another 10 minutes at least and he called me a lier... uhhg. I could not help but to tell them just how horrible they were and that I would never come back, I used tasteless language at this point 😔 This was the last straw with this very, very rude disrespectful place.
