They have 0 understanding of what it's like and think they can fix it with PT The provider (Kylie) argued with me about why my Dr sent me to them like I dont have messages from my Dr clearly stating why I should call this place. I cut the visit short and got out of there asap. 10 out of 10 would never recommend anyone go here if you need actual help In response to the (owner) response I 100% do not belive you will review anything as this same provider has similar complaints yet is still obviously doing the exact same thing if 0 stars were allowed I would change my rating

Love Lisa and the always appropriately dressed *ahem* women (not “girls”) at the desk who make sure I get in consistently. Cons- corporate bs. Not the fault of this office I’m imagining. Can’t call the actual location. Have to go thru a remote call center. (Annoying) Some miscommunication with imaging referrals. Not a biggie. Double booking the providers- this sucks. Please don’t do this. It feels overwhelming for them and me. Thanks team! I do appreciate you.

I met with Ben yesterday, and for the first time in a year and a half, I feel hopeful that my pain can be greatly lessened. The questions he asked & the tests he ran were different from previous physical therapists. He homed right in on my issues, which had been only vague with other physical therapists.
- GCgordon chapmanApr 17, 20262.0This place is geared towards accute injuries. The policies dont allow the physical therapists, who are good, but can't to do their job efficiently or to the fullest. There are no excercise tables, just massage tables I have never seen used for massage. Come here for drugs, not help.
