- SWSheri WOct 15, 20261.0Adding to the original post - I received a response to fill out their survey to receive help. I did that, and when I submitted it said it went to the store manager. I sent that 8 business days ago and have not received a response. The eye Dr. was difficult to work with - would not listen to me about which contacts were improving my vision and shamed me for wanting to try a different strength. Now they said they will adjust prescription if I just pay to come in for another "fitting" because I am outside of the 30 day trial period. They agreed the "fitting" is not medically necessary but that it is company policy they must charge for another visit to adjust the prescription. This is frustrating since I asked to try this strength within the time frame where it would have been covered. At least now I know what I need and will "pay for another fitting" with a new office. Seems a poor business practice to lose what easily could have been a yearly returning customer to try and collect an additional one -time fee to provide the services I've already paid for. The desk staff (Miranda) was always polite and professional - not her fault she's left in a position to deliver a "corporate policy" (her words).
