The customer service was excellent, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. I really appreciate a business that values its customers and takes the time to provide quality service. Highly recommend!

Went in for the annual exam and when I left there is a vertical scratch down the middle of the right lense, right in my line of vision. Don't know what or how it happened but I did not go in with a scratched lense. Called and asked to speak to the owner, no call back. Extremely disappointed that they will not take responsibility. Want $455. to replace my lenses. Outrageous!

Everyone from the check-in counter to the assistants that help with the purchasing of your glasses, to the ophthalmologist's in the exam rooms. They made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. Very informative in helping me understand a diagnosis I am dealing with. I highly recommend this office.
