- DRDrew RummellJul 10, 20251.0Poor listening skills and poor problem solving skills. We took our son in for sinus infection symptoms because he has been steadily getting worse for a few days. I have a long history of these and have never been able to kick them without antibiotics intervention. I understand the risks of antibiotic resistance; however, the practitioners refused to deviate from the narrative and listen to what we have been doing to treat his infection and gave us a recommendation to try what we've already been doing as if it was a new treatment plan. My frustration is mostly with the lack of active listening skills and an unwillingness to treat the patient, instead sounding like a textbook or ai response. If I needed that I'd have stuck with Gemini.
