We had technical difficulties in the computer assessment but he knew his job well enough do the measurements old school style. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was very informative. He answered all my questions. I even got to test drive a pair of the shoes with the supports in them. I do have to say this was a hard call for me- just out of vanity- it was the first time I have had to wear anything other than flip flops or skater shoes. I got my first set of "old people shoes"! Although I recently find out they are also highly rated walking/running shoes- BONUS! He laughed with me and made just a wonderful experience! Everything was also written down so I didn't have to remember everything. He sent follow up mail, and even called me to check in (Im so sorry I didn't get around to calling you back yet Rob) But Rob really did do all the things he said he was going to do! So impressed!
