$1600 for inserts that don’t even work. I followed their program for 6 months and my feet still hurt. They promised me I would be able to run and play sports after using their product. There wasn’t much improvement. Superfeet inserts are $60 and worked much better

More than just great service... Matthew (at Lakewood store) really helped me understand what was happening with my feet. I had signed up in April for the whole system and selected a pair of shoes that felt right at that time. However they were not sturdy enough so I needed a completely different design. Matthew showed me the differences and now I love my new shoes! In my old pair i was worried that I'd roll my ankle on even the slightest uneven ground. Now i feel completely secure and protected. It was great walking in there yesterday and knowing they know their stuff and could help me make the right decisions. Yes, The Good Feet Store is a financial investment, but I'm not exaggerating when I say that making it has literally made me capable of standing, walking, lifting, and so much more without pain. My mobility has completely changed, and therefore my attitudes and energy have improved as well. The Good Feet Store has changed my life.

I had a great experience at The Good Feet Store on Wadsworth. Rob was very through and answered all my questions. I also received a wonderful foot massage while trying on shoes! I ended up buying the inserts and a new pair of tennis shoes. The shoes feel so good! Thank you, Rob!

Never been here but someone used my email address and I was added to their list without any prompt to confirm I wanted to be part of their list. Sure I can unsubscribe but why not take additional steps to join the list as opposed to get off the list.

My Good Feet Store specialist Darris did an excellent job explaining the Good Feet arch support system and fitting me with my arch supports. He gets 5 stars. The reason for the four star overall rating is because of the product itself. First, they are very expensive. Over $400 for each of the three sets of arch supports that make up the system. That's a lot for two pieces of molded plastic. There is a lifetime replacement warranty (damage only, not loss), so I'm sure that factors into the cost. As far as performance, the arch supports have reduced my foot pain. However, their testimonials on TV imply that you'll get instant relief. For me that was not the case. I understand that it will take time for the arch supports to help me achieve full healing. I think I'll get there, but it's going to take weeks or even months. Will it be worth the cost? Time will tell.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?

(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort.
