  I prefer Stretch Lab with direct hands on me , helping me get the most from stretching. I find this more valuable than a membership from some lifestyle fitness club (LTF)

  This place is a scam. I signed up for their 3 month package, and I knew at the time that stopping would be really difficult, but I still proceeded. For 3 months I went every week. The person I saw was woefully under-trained in anatomy and physiology. I knew the names and functions of muscle groups better than he did and I've had zero training. At the end of the 3 months I decided to cancel my subscription. At first they will pitch you that it's better to "pause" your plan as you'll never get these prices again, and if you don't pause then you'll need to pay the initiation fee again if you ever start back up. You can pause it for 3 months and you won't get charged again until you un-pause it, but after that 3 months, you'll be charged again. 2 months after I paused, I called and said that I no longer wanted to proceed, I want to cancel everything and be done. I was then given the same pitch as above, but then on top of it he said "well you need to give us 30 days notice that you're canceling first and you will lose any unused sessions." Well ok, fine, here's my 30 days notice, I have until the end of February anyhow and I have no unused sessions, so please cancel, I am done. 3 days later I was charged a $100 cancelation fee. I followed their rules, I read the contract. I did not find the services that useful, if you do, excellent, I am glad if you found something that works, but be very aware that once you sign up, it's difficult to get out. It's also suspicious that you cannot cancel on the website, you must speak to a person at the location you signed up at. It's 2024, you can build a website with these features. I think their staff is more trained in sales than anatomy and physiology.
