People of all ages attend, which shows it's super fun! If you're scared go try barre and afraid it's going to be ridiculously hard, try a more low key, slower Align class first
- SWStephanie WethingtonMar 15, 20245.0By far the most fun and challenging full body workout I’ve ever done. It is so addicting. I started at Pure Barre three months ago, and I cannot get enough. Prior to Pure Barre, I spent two years being unable to walk even a couple blocks due to severe endometriosis causing excruciating back and hip pain. After my surgery, I needed a low impact activity to fully recover and prevent future injuries. Pure Barre Belmar has been the biggest blessing in my life lately, and I’m in the best shape of my life. I feel so incredibly strong, and it’s just the beginning. The instructors are all amazing, and I love the positive community. I actually look forward to my workouts and that has never been me. So grateful to have found this studio! Highly recommend!

Every teacher has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful with the poses and alignment during class. I was surprised with how quickly I got the hang of things, so glad I went for the unlimited membership. I’m definitely getting the most of it!
