We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

When I picked my glasses up, the staff took the extra time to do additional shaping to help the frames hold up better over time. Shout out to Jaden for being excellent at her job - please give her a raise!!

- CACristina ArriagaAug 5, 20261.0Receptionist gave me an attitude when I asked her to replace the screw on my glasses and I told her I bought them with pearl vision but different store but she was questioning and said that my glasses don’t look like they are a pearl vision brand and she even started researching my name to make sure I bought from pearl vision. Too bad I didn’t have the receipt with me because I would’ve put it right on her desk so she could start helping me instead of questioning me. I’ve gone to the store in Broomfield (the store I bought them from) and they are always so kind and help anyone that walks in through the door but this lady here in Lakewood specifically should not be working for a place like this. RUDE
