  I prepared this new updated glasses from Spring time. Wanted to buy good frame, with properly made lenses. On 9/28/2026, I dropped by Belmar l9cation, there was a one attendant was with a guests, I looked around to find a frame. Then he came to me if I need any assistance, I told him yes and looking for a frame. Then another guest came in, at the same time, he greeted and I selected frame, I stood and waited for him. Then he asked in the office, asked anyone can help, he ignored me, and the other gentleman helped me to finalize my order. Seemed like he wanted to get over with me, I was fine at that moment since I didn't want to bother them. He told me that my glasses will be ready 7 to 10 days. After 10 days, I called the shop, they told me it will be on the way, once it gets here, they will contact me. I waited. Today is 10/14, I still don't hear from the shop. I am getting tired of with my old glasses with pressure on nose, and don't want to hear their short answers and treating like burden customer while they are busy with other customers. Whenever they call me for my glasses to pick up, after it, I don't want to go back to this shop or Lenscrafter any more.

  I stopped by to get my glasses tightened, and Zach helped me out, no questions asked! He used a machine to heat and bend the frames tighter, and they came out perfect. Thanks Zach!!

  I love going to this place which is a weird thing to say but the customer service is reminiscent of that time in the 90’s when people actually cared about customer experience. 10 out of 10

  Went in for an exam in the facility. Was treated very well by the dr and his staff. As far as the Lenscrafter staff, when it was time for picking out glasses, no one cared to help me. I basically ask the worker if he wanted to help me and he looked at another worker. Then proceeded to put the wrong birthdate in and use the wrong insurance, so my pricing was inaccurate. When I told them the pricing doesn’t seem right they shrugged it off like it was my fault. So I took my business elsewhere!

  I just wanted to get on here and leave a review on my experience at this LensCrafters. The staff here is phenomenal. They are so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Zach has outstanding customer service and I loved how At home you feel there. I will definitely be back and I absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family.
