Don't know her name. Could she have been Frannie? Shoulder-length-highlighted hair with dark-framed glasses. She was great, so helpful with my choosing sunglasses and processing my online return and made me feel so welcomed! And Jamie, who processed my new order, was so informative. She knows her stuff and educated me so much on eyewear. Per my request, she also tested my old sunglasses to see if they block the UVA & UVB light. I highly recommend this location of Lenscrafter! Thank you, Ladies for a wonderful shopping experience!
