- KCKayla ConwaySep 6, 20265.0As soon as I started practicing at yogasix HR, every single person has made me feel like I belong. The sense of community at this studio is just the best. The teachers, and front desk ladies really take the time to get to know you, and remember those small details that nobody else would. Every class that is offered through Y6 is fantastic as well. I really enjoy the yoga sculpt classes whether it be early morning before work with audrey, or on a Saturday morning with Madison. It’s such an upbeat fun class. But then you can’t go wrong with the signature hot, slow flow’s, restorative classes, core Pilates, and even the TRX! I have to give an extra shout out to Madison for being such an inspiring teacher - she has taken the time to help me navigate yoga, and working out through all of my injuries, and has made sure that I always have multiple modifications/options during class that worked with my injuries. Honestly, every single teacher here has been an inspiration to me, and I hope that one day I can become just as great of a teacher as they are.

She takes time to get to know people and remembers which is why she’s my favorite teacher! Highly recommend trying a class. I just wish there were more hot class offering!!

The thing I love most about Yoga Six is that I can work on my practice with feeling intimidated. I have had a couple injuries and I need to build my strength again. The teachers are helpful to give me ideas using props etc. I am thankful and working to build strength back in areas where I am weak.
