  Horrible experience and a total waste of my time. I needed a copy of my old prescription and planned to speak with them about new lenses. Despite having an appointment and indicating upon an early arrival that I was on a pretty tight deadline they told me to wait and rather rudely. And as I waited people came in without appointments and were handled right away. I decided to ask for a copy of prescription and go elsewhere and they wouldn’t give it to me despite being there and paying for awhile back. I can understand if you are running late or whatever but to not even show a little bit of care is not acceptable.

  My first experience at this business has been poor. We went there to get my son glasses. Nobody greeted us for a good while. The women working there who I later found out is the manager, was on her phone. We chose glasses and ordered. They arrived within a week which was a plus. When they arrived they were the wrong RX. The manager, Alla I believe, who input his RX took his info off my phone and seemed to have trouble reading it herself. They had to ship back for a redo. The dr was kind and took his time to check the rx because my son said he saw things weird. He’s 10. So I questioned if it was right. It took nearly 2 weeks for his remake to come in and only because I called myself to check on them, then I was told they were done. I asked why the 2nd time took so long especially when it was in error that we had to wait another 2 weeks. I had also asked for a rush. When I picked up his glasses someone told me they could offer me a 10% discount but it would need a managers approval and she was on vacation but left her a note to call me. I never got the call. I stopped in to ask about the discount another 2 weeks later. The manager herself told me she’d have to look into it, didn’t remember us or the situation and again when I walked in nobody greeted me for a good while. She said she’d call “tonight or tomorrow” and I still haven’t received a call a day later. I will not return to this place. I can’t speak to the services from the dr. Because he seemed to actually care. We didn’t see him but again, he was kind. It’s the manager and front staff that has poor customer service and who don’t care at all.

  I took my very squirrely seven-year-old in for an exam due to a referral from the school. Dr. Le was so good with him! Patient and able to speak on his level to help him cooperate. He explained everything to me very clearly. I was so impressed that I'm going to switch here for my own optometry needs.
