If I could give negative stars, I would. I came to Mountain View in a tremendous amount of pain due cervical radiculopathy. I already had an MRI and needed to talk to a provider about the next steps to fixing my problem. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week. I met with a provider (a P.A., not an M.D.) who basically just asked me what I wanted to do for treatment as if I would have been there if I knew how to treat myself. Because I had been researching treatments, I asked that we just proceed with a epidural steroid injection. The provider stated they could do the shot and that I would be contacted by scheduling within the next week after Mountain View contacted my insurance for a prior authorization for the shot. After over a week went by, I had to contact Mountain View since I hadn't heard from anyone. I also contacted my insurance to see if that was the hold up. My insurance stated no request for a prior authorization had been requested. Mountain View gave a bunch of excuses, but they just dropped the ball. They also overcharged me for the office visit so I had to hound them for a refund. I ended up firing Mountain View and found another pain clinic. Messing with Mountain View put me behind 3 weeks and time is of the essence with these nerve issues. Don't waste your time with Mountain View!

I have been going to Mountain View Pain Center Highlands Ranch for a few years. The PT and chiropractic staff listen to my concerns, are very thorough, and provide several therapies that alleviate my symptoms.

This place is a scam and can’t help you if you have actual pain. Management is poor at customer service made me come back multiple times to bill insurance for a couple of prescriptions that made me sick. Payed multiple co pays and visits for them to tell me they can’t help me and that I need to see a real doctor. What a joke. I asked for a refund and place a complaint the manager said she would call me back never did I called again to place complaints and they told me a manager would Call me and nothing this place is a joke.

It has been a pretty stressful time for me dealing with visits and work. Bethany’s kindness and amazing customer service makes my time there less stressful. She always greeted me with a smile and kindly scheduled my appointments. She also very understanding and showered me with compassion every time. Thank you, Bethany. I appreciate YOU!

My husband and I are both strength athletes who go to MVPC (Thornton and Highlands Ranch) for care including chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, and physical therapy. The entire team keeps our bodies healthy and helps us prevent injuries. We’ve been really happy with our experience at both offices and like that our insurance (anthem BCBS) is accepted here. Shout out to Dr Larry who is our favorite chiropractor!
