  I started barre3 one year ago and it’s incredible how much it changed my life for the better. I was an exhausted and depressed mom of 2 with no hopes I can get my fitness/ pre-pregnancy body back. I tried working out at home but it’s difficult with kids. Other gyms either don’t provide childcare at all or it’s not a great one. I love everything about this place, the environment, people, childcare, the classes. I recommend it to anyone as a part of their journey to better mental and physical health🧡

  I came here for an evening class for my first time. I wanted to use the restroom prior to class and the front desk lady stopped me as I was entering hovering behind me and told me I was not allowed to use their bathroom unless I took my shoes off. I thought it was strange and a little unprofessional, but I took my shoes off as I was asked. I was walking back toward the bathroom and the floor was very slippery and I slipped and fell. I hurt my knee and my wrist but managed to make it through the class with moderate pain. I did like the instructor and it was a good class overall. I can understand not having shoes in the workout room but I think it’s a safety hazard that shoes aren’t allowed on a slippery floor and unsanitary that shoes are not allowed in the bathroom. I had to come home and ice my knee after the class. Definitely won’t be back at this location

  I have been going to Barre3 classes since 2021. I went to the Rosemont , PA studio and now the Highlands Ranch, CO studio. The classes are vigorous, challenging and fun. Tomorrow will be my 500th class!

  Barre3 has been amazing. I am new to Colorado and it's been nice to establish a sense of community at such a fun and warm studio. Their play lounge for my daughter has also been such a blessing

  I have taken class here on multiple occasions and have found the facilities and the instructors to be top notch. Even though I am very inexperienced with the techniques and body positions, the instructors were patient and excellent teachers. They provided pointed corrections to make sure I was safe and got the most out of the workout. I would recommend this location of Barre3 to everyone regardless of your skill level or experience.
