  Went it to swap out my unopened pre-work for a different flavor. I asked if I could swap it out and the employee said if.we.even.have.that flavor (very rudely) which I had to find myself with no assistance. Then he said he could not override the price and I would have to pay the difference since my husband purchased it on a BOGO. After being unhelpful to find me a solution I asked if I could speak with a manger (since I know they would have a code to override it). He said I’m not giving my managers phone number out. Which I was not asking for the managers personal number?? He said I could come back tomorrow and speak with a manager then?? Awful attitude and customer service. He should find a job that doesn’t involve interacting with people. After reading all the reviews about this same person (I'm not sure of their pronouns) I'm very surprised they've been able to stay with the company. I revised my review to 5 stars because the new manager Jordan was so helpful and apologetic. He is looking to turn the store around! I appreciate his kindness and effort.

  Been going here for years now and for some reason they keep the same store manager who is always so rude to customers. The name of the manager is Nora.

  I'll just add another bad review on that one particular person that everyone on here has already complained about. Obviously GNC doesn't care that this person works here and is tarnishing the store's reputation. But i don't need to ever come back here. Good riddance.

  I recently heard this GNC location was under new management so I decided to stop in a take advantage of some products that were on sale. Joseph was very professional and polite. Overall a good experience!

  I believe the store name manager NORA, (green hair piercing) extremely horrible attitude, every single time when you ask questions, we’ve been coming to GNC for years, this is it, we cancel the membership and we will never go there again. I had to ask several times about his name and he refuses the first couple times and upset about me, about to fill a complain. Unbelievable, horrible experience never had before.
