They let me be with him throughout the appointment. We go in in 2 weeks for his cleaning and fillings. I pray the it will be a good experience for all of us. Thank you Smile Department. I really appreciated how much care she put into making sure I was happy with the final result. She made the whole experience so much better, and I walked out feeling very satisfied. For the most part it went well but well after we left the dentist office, my child tells me he thought his BP was very high according to what they said yet I was never informed. Then he said they told him it must be malfunctioning and tried it on a hygienist and hers was elevated as well but I am still bothered by the fact that they never informed me and I was waiting there the entire time. I will call to get the file and ask what’s the point of checking for BP if you don’t manage it properly???!!! I am not happy and well I will be going back in person
