  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Eyemart Express! I had just gotten new glasses back in March, but after being on eye steroids, my prescription changed drastically. I ended up needing another new prescription much sooner than I ever expected. Shae was absolutely awesome! She went above and beyond to see what she could do to help me. She was kind, patient, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely seemed happy to help. She turned what could have been a really frustrating situation into such a positive experience. Jack, who helped me back in March, even remembered me! Although she wasn’t the one working with me this time, she still made a point to come over, say hi, and talk to me. She is always so friendly and welcoming, and it really says something when employees remember their customers months later. Customer service is definitely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shae and Jack are my favorite peeps at Eyemart Express! 👓

  Friendly staff. They just could not get my glasses right after a few tries. Ended up going elsewhere to get the correct lenses.

  My son had me go to Eye-Mart in Greeley Colorado where they not only put me in a pair of glasses I can now see out of, but they ended up setting me up with 2 pairs of glasses. The second pair was free and wasn’t set up with the bifocals. A pair for everything except reading. The first pair was the normal bifocals and have the automatic shading for the sun. We got there about 5 pm, and they stayed a little late to make sure I wouldn’t have to drive another 2 hours the next day. Thank you to every single person who stayed to make that possible.

  This place is absolutely great with good customer service and great people especially Samantha. She was very helpful on helping me find what i needed and looking for. Kind and knowledgeable!

  Tori, Shae, and the employees there were so helpful and polite over the several questions i had about pricing. Thus resulting in an easy seamless transaction for new glasses. I am so thankful i chose for my family and i to go to this business, will definitely be recommending to friends/family and for future purchases.
