Nakeda was great. I know nothing about eyeglasses and she was very patient and informative. I left feeling heard, taken care of, and more educated and confident in my future vision comfort.

Nakeda is such a great employee and made my experience so enjoyable. We were laughing and having a great time while choosing my frames. Dr Anderson is easy going and listened to me and my needs. Will be back again and recommend to anyone!

Pricey. And I waited close to a month for my glasses, with poor communication for the first three weeks. But, they did make it right in the long run. And the quality of the glasses was very good. I get the feeling that my experience was atypical and that normally, other customers have been very happy. But, from my experience, I'm not sure that I'll go back.

I’m incredibly disappointed by what I just experienced at this location. If possible, please change your online hours because it Friday indicates you’re open from 9-7pm, and we just learned rather abruptly you actually close at 6pm on Fridays. We showed up just after 5:30 and were finishing up a phone call as we walked in the door. My father-in-law, who is experiencing some cognitive decline, said hi to the whole store in German, and gave his version of hello. I do apologize if there was a misunderstanding at this. I can acknowledge he’s a bit eccentric, and meant no offense, so I apologize if offense was taken and that was an issue. I don’t know if that’s the reason we were treated the way we were from that point on. When we were finally acknowledged we were told it might be a bit before someone was available, but no one made mention that closing was at 6pm at that time. So we took a seat in the waiting room, thinking there was about 1 1/2 hours before closing time. We were happy to wait until there was availability. When one of your male employees finished with the person he had been working with, he came over to the person sitting at the front desk, at which point she told him there were people over there and she had no idea why we were there. He proceeded to go back to his work station for a bit and at 2 minutes to 6 came over and told us closing was in two minutes and could we come back tomorrow? As someone that spent years in customer service, I try to be VERY sensitive to closing time, because no one appreciates the walk-ins right before close. And had I realized closing is at 6pm would’ve not have bothered coming that close to closing time. Instead, we were led to believe we’d be seen when someone became available. It would’ve been better if someone had just told us when we walked in that closing was at 6pm, no one would be available before that time. Additionally, the 3 people there at this time looked like they had zero interest in being there and would rather be anywhere else.
