  Great, friendly and personable. Fast in and out. I was able to find some frames that I love. Everyone was friendly and helpful with their opinions while looking at frames. I cant wait to pick up my glasses when done! Thanks !

  I originally left a bad review for the first time in my life. Kelsey did what I would have probably not been able to do. She contacted me, and still tried to find a solution to help me even after my negative review. I respect her calling me, she definitely earned my business back. Savanna was efficient and easy to work with. The doctors were great.

  Opaque Pricing: It is nearly impossible to get cost information for glasses or contacts before the exam. When I asked multiple times, I was repeatedly told we would go over it afterward. Upon finishing, they immediately handed me a printed price sheet, proving they could easily provide this information beforehand if requested. Bogus Fitting Fee: I declined the $70 contact lens fitting fee prior to the exam, but was told it was mandatory because they check fit and demonstrate proper insertion. As a 20-year contact wearer, I was given zero fit assessment or demonstration. At checkout, after I pointed out that no fitting occurred, the receptionist claimed the fee covers checking if the eye is healthy enough for contacts. The exam is identical to a standard eyeglass exam, yet contact wearers are charged an extra $70 for no added value. The doctors and services are fine, but these blatant cash grabs bring the price of an eye exam with an insurance provider up to the level of just paying cash at an independent eye doctor. What's the point of paying a monthly fee for insurance if that's the case?

  Pearle Vision is great! The people here are so kind and informative. It was a great atmosphere and everyone was so happy to be there doing their job. That is not something you see everyday! I had help from 4 different people in the short time I was there not including the doctors! I ended up ordering glasses with Nakeda she helped me choose the perfect fit for what I was looking for. They will arrive in 2 weeks! Thank you all for being amazing I will be back!

  I bought the pearls vision brand contacts from their office because that was the only one I was given the option to get and I don’t think I’ve ever had as many issues with contacts as I’ve had with these ones and I’ve been wearing contacts for over 10 years. They get dry so fast, and I always feel like I have to adjust them myself constantly. Other places have always given me options when it comes time to pick out what lenses I buy, but I was only offered this one brand and they haven’t been half as good as some of my previous lenses. The eye exam was quick but thorough, I just really don’t like the product I was given. EDIT: after scheduling with my old eye doctor over an hour and a half away I figured out I do in fact have exam benefits. And I shouldn’t have self paid at my appointment earlier this year. I tried telling the girl I should have exam benefits but she insisted I didn’t and pearls vision is in network with my specific insurance. I do not know why she would do this or what the motivation behind this lie would be but it is discouraging and I do not trust this establishment anymore. I needed the contacts so I just continued the appointment but it was sketchy then and after following up months later I have found out she was incorrect and it cost me whatever their contact exam fee is. Sucks that front desk power trip lost me couple hundred bucks for no reason.
