  Dr. Noga was fine, the employees were friendly and helpful but I'm extremely dissatisfied with my overall experience. I thought that I needed new glasses after 2 years and went through the exam process and then chose a new frame. Unfortunately, they cost me over $1000. I didn't see my prescription, my fault for not asking, until I received a copy in the mail. turned out there was a very minor change in my vision and I could have gotten along fine with my original glasses. I feel like I must have had "sucker" written on my forehead. Someone should have told me there was very little change in my vision before having me try on new frames. Granted, I didn't like my frames but for $1000 I would have put up with them until my eyes really needed new lenses.

  May 12, 2026 One word! Kelsey! Kelsey is my favorite eye person at the Grand Junction Pearle Vision!! Get this! She has a personality AND She has knowledge! ( and a sense of humor!) - What a combo! Crazy right?! Glasses are expensive and a part of your personality! You want somebody who takes care and cares about what you look like, not just in the store, but how the glasses will look down the road! Kelsey is supportive with your choices ... but is also HONEST! Haha. If the glasses don't look good on you ... she says so!! Honesty! What a concept! As a TV news anchor ... and reporter ...when I finally had to break down and get glasses ... Kelsey helped me find my signature Ray Ban Frames that I still wear! ( I have 5 pair!) ... But my visit the other day ... I was looking for something a little different... In my frame. So we spent 30-40 minutes looking at frames. I didn't like any of them. The ones I did like? ... they didn't have in stock - So Kelsey ordered them... They came in a couple of days - and they are perfect! For my new chapter! Glasses are a fact of life For me now... So they have to be functional, but also somewhat of a fashion statement... And a part of my personality. I do not trust that with an online service... I do not trust that with just anybody... I do trust it with Kelsey... And Pearle Vision. I've been going to Pearle Vision for 12 years... And will continue to do so... Because of their great staff... Great eye doctor ( Mr Patel! Ask him about Alaska!) ... And of course, Kelsey, who gives it to me straight and makes me look pretty good for a guy who's been on the planet a while! Thanks, Kelsey and thanks, Pearle Vision. I highly recommend - All The staff is wonderful. But I'm fortunate to have Kelsey look me in eyes and go..." naaahhh " or .... " Yes!!" ... And that's how you do, Customer Service!   Josilynn (jawz) did a great job running through frame choices with our teenager and setting aside candidates for further selection. She continuously reminded him that the ultimate choice was his, which is very important for a teenager. She also was very patient and had a lot of methods for him to try to get contact lenses into and out of his eyes. The entire experience was pleasant, and this is where we will be coming from now on.

  I was very upset with this Grand Junction office. I requested a PD measurement after I had an eye exam at their office and they wanted to charge me $15 for it. The front desk lady stated that is was only free if I ordered a pair of glasses from them. The glasses at this office cost two to three times more than other places. What a racket.

  Dr Patil (Grand Junction Pearle Vision) did my exam. He did my last couple years exams. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative about the exam. Kelsey N. helped with my glasses for proper fitment, size, and style. Then through the insurance and buying process. She, too, is very pleasant and helpful. Kelsey helped last week as we tightened up and adjusted my old glasses in preparation for today’s exam. They NEVER felt better! (Almost thought I’d wait a while but needed a new prescription). I HIGHLY recommend them for your eye health and glasses.
