  Aaliyah= the absolute GOAT of phlebotomy. She not only fluidly manages to perform her own job (and has never messed my arm up once!) but she is also one I see consistently asked to fix other phlebotomists' bad poke jobs! I wont name the shitty ones by name, I will just assure you that it doesnt matter how long you have to wait- ask for Aaliyah!

  Honestly this might be one of the worst experiences of my life. The phlebotomist stabbed my arm and began to dig around looking for vein until the blood they eventually extracted formed a clot in the tube. Not to mention she didn’t even sterilize the needle or my arm. When another nurse finally came over they proceeded to do the same with my other arm. The original phlebotomist you threw her arms up and proclaimed that “ some times we just have a bad day and walked off. Then the second phlebotomist didn’t change the tube with the blood clot in it and instead cranked up the pump to pull the clot three and into the machine,and it clogged the Machine ! She eventually gave up and told me “ here’s what’s going to happen , we are going to stop and you’re going to get half of what we agreed to pay you plus a five dollar bonus for doing a re-stick. And did I mention that they did this in front of everyone in the clinic! I’ve never been treated like bovine being milked for blood before but that was my experience. Negative review and I want the to give me stars for living through the experience n

  The worker didnt even know that my paperwork got sent .I referred my boyfriend and they made it really hard to get my 100 .00,overall it is better than csl but just be aware of that.
