He listened to my concerns about my eyes and answered all my questions. He didn’t rush anything. I didn’t get her name, but the gal that helped me pick out the best pair of glasses for me was so helpful.

From the moment I stepped into Pearl Vision to the time I left with a new prescription and glasses I was treated like family. The whole appointment was professional, friendly, and seamless as I was handed over to various staff to complete my eye care needs!!!
- NMNatalie MillerJul 10, 20261.0The Doctor I saw was great. However, the system in place at Pearle is a joke. This is going on multiple years of spending way too much time waiting for each step. Overall, I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. The time with the doctor took 10 minutes. After that, Pearle wants to put you back in the waiting room to wait even longer to have someone order the contacts. I am not needing classes or to shop. It is ridiculous that I would have to wait even longer for an employee to take my prescription and hit order on the computer. I will be finding a new eye doctor.
