- PPPamAug 27, 20265.0I had gone in and gotten the two pairs of glasses. I couldn’t see out of them very well and could not read at all. They re cut lenses and still wasn’t right. I went back to my eye doctor and had him double check my prescription and it was correct. I went back two days later because it was no better and I talked to Valerie. She is frigging amazing. She was very nice kind carefully measured picked out some frames that were a bit smaller and had my glasses redone and they’re perfect. I would highly recommend Valerie to do your fitting for your glasses. She’s great.

I was overbilled and told that I would receive a check. The person lied just to get me off the phone. My insurance has told me exactly what Eyemart needs to do but it doesn't get done. I would not recommend this business.

There was a slight mix up at the lab and the frame i had chosen got mixed up but when i brought this up to the associate Angel S. She made sure to get everything sorted out and had them remade properly for me and mailed them out to me since i live out of town. I will definitely be coming here again in the future when the time comes for me to get new glasses again
- RMRachel MongerAug 5, 20261.0Felt rushed into getting glasses because I first said I only wanted single lense glasses and the clerk said she'd find a coupon for me. I tried on practically all of the glasses and settled on a pair but the sides were too long. They adjusted them but they are the most uncomfortable glasses and I spent $300 on them. I regret getting glasses there. I won't go back.
