Vaccinations

Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.

This vaccine protects against chickenpox, a disease caused by the varicella zoster virus. Adults born in 1980 or later need two doses.

This vaccine protects against coronavirus. Depending on the manufacturer, up to two doses and a booster are currently recommended.

This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.

This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.

This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.

This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.

This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.

There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.

These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.

This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.

This vaccine protects against shingles, a painful skin rash caused by the varicella zoster virus. Adults age 50 and older need two doses.

These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.

Physical & Wellness Screenings

Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.

When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.

Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.

Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.

Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

The pharmacists here are extremely rude and do not know the difference between medications. They definitely need better training because the lack of medication knowledge is astounding. I won’t be using them as a pharmacy ever again.

We, as a society, seldom leave reviews when service is good, and mostly only venture on here when our experiences are not as good as we would like. I wanted to take some time and thank Joe for being such a massive help to my wife and I when picking up her prescription today. He went above and beyond to help us get it filled quickly, even though they were very understaffed and busy. Thank you, Joe, for the fantastic care you take with patients as well as for the great service you provide!

Each time I have an interaction with Rosalie I consider not coming back. She is rude, and acts as though doing her job and helping customers is a genuine inconvenience. My last interaction. I went through the drive through and was scolded like a child to shut my truck off. The entire interaction was her pissed off. The only reason I continue to come here is because when I dont get her the staff tends to be very friendly and helpful. Someone needs to see the reviews about her and get her out of there or move her to a position not dealing with customers

usually I have no issues here but the older tech with the long hair (I think her name was Rosalie) was VERY rude.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience here. As someone with epilepsy, having access to my medication is extremely important, and I felt like there was very little compassion or willingness to help. Other pharmacies have at least tried to work with me on pricing or options, but this pharmacy showed no effort at all. On top of that, the communication was terrible. Calls weren’t returned, questions weren’t clearly answered, and overall the customer service felt dismissive. When people are dealing with serious medical conditions, they deserve better care and communication than this.
