Leah kept the energy high the entire time, gave constant positive reinforcement, and knew exactly when to push while still making her feel encouraged. Most importantly, she made it fun. My stepdaughter left feeling proud, confident, and excited to come back. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!

It is a super encouraging and open minded space With great peers. If you were looking for Community and to look more cool, this is definitely a good place to start. I feel like this is more efficient than just going to the gym without a proper schedule or routine.
