- CRchris rabeOct 17, 20261.0I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from the LensCrafters store #5190 in Ft Collins, Co. This is the first time I have used LensCrafters and was the worst experience buying glasses that I have ever had and I've been wearing glasses nearly my entire life. You are way more expensive, the help in the store acted like they could care less if you wanted to purchase anything and not very helpful at all. I purchased the Eyewear Protection plan for $49.99. The pair of glasses that I purchased became scratched within 3 weeks, I've never had glasses scratch so quickly. I took them back and waited for help for over 15 minutes because there was only one clerk in the store, her name is Taylor. When she did finally help me I found out that I had to pay another $25 as a copay for getting the scratched lens replaced which wasn't explained to me when I purchased the glasses, if I had known this I may have reconsidered my purchase. In short I will never use or recommend LenCrafters to anyone.
