After 2 weeks and still having loss of vision, the Doctor said I needed to be checked for Traumatic Brain Injury to see if that was causing the issue. This was on a Monday and on Thursday, after several attempts to play the middle man in getting correct FAX information that this office should have had, I was treated like a homeless person and no effort was made to reach out to the hospital to figure out the communication issues. I was told they would get back to me next week when the doctor was back in the office. Apparently TBI is nothing serious and loss of permanent vision doesn't matter to the people in this office. Go anywhere else but here! ***Follow Up*** I received a call from the office after they read my review. I was discharged as their client and wished the "best if luck" with my new opthamologist.... in Denver btw. They said they had tried several times to send theI'll referral, but it was rejected and they didn't know why. They also didn't bother to call, because I called and found out that the doctor didn't fill out the referral properly and it was rejected so they could fix their error. This just reiterated the little effort or care this Clinic was willing to do to help someone in need.
