Your office is SUPER LUCKY to have someone who listens to patiens with ZERO interruptions or attempts to talk over you. I had a HORRIBLE experience with another doctor and called to switch doctors and Michelle made me feel 100% confident that this office will be the exact opposite of the office I was dealing with. You have NO CLUE of the horrors I have endured elsewhere. Michelle did an AWESOME job of listening to me. I thanked her profusely on the phone and want everyone to know that she needs to be taken very well care of. She is an invaluable asset to your team due to her extraordinary listening skills alone. I am SUPER impressed with this office because of a single phone call. This tells me that I will be treated well here.
