The instructors are very conscientious of anyone’s injuries and watch closely to make sure you’re using proper form. I was nervous to join seeing how many classes have waitlists during the times I’m able to attend, but I’ve always gotten in and most times there’s even an open reformer in the class. Such a great workout for any and all body types!
