  I understand that a lot of pharmacies get blasted, even for things outside of their control. I shopped around for a prescription that I needed ordered, and came upon this particular king soopers. I spoke with the (actual) pharmacist to see if they had what I needed in stock. She said they didn’t, but she’d order it for me. Two days passed, and I get the notification that my prescription was ready. Are you kidding!? That never happens for a “difficult to get” medication! The pharmacist, I forgot her name, was really nice, wasn’t like the typical robot like you see in a lot of other pharmacies. I’ve had more bad experiences with pharmacies that I can remember, and I’m sure plenty of people have had bad experiences at this location, but for my visit and experience here, it was incredible, and I’ve made it my primary pharmacy.

  This pharmacy hasn't been bad up until this week with 2 incidences of lack of initiative and communication. I had scripts sent in for a nebulizer machine and another med. The nebulizer had a "filled by" date of Saturday. I checked my portal and all of a sudden it's gone without explanation. I called them and the woman said, "Oh we don't fill scripts for the machines here. You have to get it from another company?" How am I supposed to know that? When were they going to call and tell me? So they still filled a script and CHARGED ME for the treatment PACKS knowing good and well that I didn't have a machine to use with it. Then, I had a script for another medicine sent from the emergency room at 9:30 this morning. I received a text message a couple hours later that the script was received. At 2:30 I checked the online portal and AGAIN the med is out of my portal. I sent my husband to go check in person and they told him THEY DON'T CARRY THE MEDICINE THERE. Again.....HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?? So I called the emergency room back and the person there told me they had spoken with King Soopers HOURS PRIOR because King Soopers told them they didn't have the meds. The ER told King Soopers to call me so I could find a pharmacy that does carry it. King Soopers never called! I am coming up on my next dose time and do not have the medicine I need because of their lack of communication and initiative. Now I have to try to call all the pharmacies in town to see if they carry that med but many of them can't tell me if they carry it unless the script is sent to that pharmacy. I can't have the ER sending the script all over town until we find one that carries it. What a nightmare....especially when I'm super sick

  This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Since they opened I have tried multiple times to have prescriptions filled here as it is 5 minutes away. I have yet to get any of my prescriptions filled here. They always have an excuse yet the pharmacy on Constitution, 20 minutes from me, will fill the same prescription without any issues. They also refuse to give the name of the regional manager or director to provide feedback. Absolutely the WORST!

  Can walk to kingsooper's i shop for free item's since walk them home. Great helpful employee's . Manager u hired great people ,thx
