StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Fort Collins offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I decided to explore two other assisted stretching services in the area before making a commitment and Stretch Lab surpassed them all. Their PNF stretching technique is highly effective and they are also the most affordable option available. They accept my HSA which is a huge bonus. Since I began my weekly sessions with Matt, I’ve experienced improved flexibility and range of motion. As someone who works at a desk, I've also noticed an improvement in my posture. I leave each session feeling incredibly relaxed! I injured my back a few months after beginning this service and Matt was very gentle with the stretches which significantly aided my recovery. I am very grateful for the community event that connected me with them.
