StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Fort Collins offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- LVLeticia VazquezMay 26, 20265.0I came across Stretch Lab at a community event where I was offered a complimentary session. I felt significantly better after my first visit. I decided to explore two other assisted stretching services in the area before making a commitment and Stretch Lab surpassed them all. Their PNF stretching technique is highly effective and they are also the most affordable option available. They accept my HSA which is a huge bonus. Since I began my weekly sessions with Matt, I’ve experienced improved flexibility and range of motion. As someone who works at a desk, I've also noticed an improvement in my posture. I leave each session feeling incredibly relaxed! I injured my back a few months after beginning this service and Matt was very gentle with the stretches which significantly aided my recovery. I am very grateful for the community event that connected me with them.

I think she did a bit of Reiki too. She is very respectful and always lets me know what she is doing which I really appreciate. I always leave with more feeling of freedom in my body and feel centered and great. Can’t recommend her more highly.

She not only listens to me verbalize what I need stretched, but can tell what is tight and needs more work. My wife and I joined on the family plan and I started because my body was not as limber as I would like (I was basically as stiff as a board). I am getting closer to retirement and wanted to be more flexible and healthy so I gave StretchLabs a try. I can tell that my body is more flexible and I have less stiffness. I am happy with the results that I am seeing.
