I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. I’ve been to a handful of chiropractic and pain clinics over the years, and nothing has come close to the level of care, attention, and results I’ve experienced at Mountain View Pain Center. From the moment you walk in, the entire team is dialed in. Kai is great to work with and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about every single patient — not just getting you in and out, but actually helping you feel better long-term. And Jon… seriously, best in the business. I’ve never had a chiropractor take the time to understand what’s actually going on with my body the way he does. Every adjustment feels intentional, not rushed, and you can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. I’ve noticed a huge difference in how I feel day-to-day since coming here. What really sets this place apart is that they’re not just treating symptoms — they’re focused on fixing the root of the problem and helping you stay pain-free. That’s rare. If you’re dealing with any kind of pain, stiffness, or just want to feel better overall, do yourself a favor and go here. You won’t regret it.

Jon and Kai are awesome. I went in because my calf was so tight I couldn’t run. With one appointment, it was totally resolved. Under their care, I have ramped up my running, lifting, and spinning while working at a computer most of the day and haven’t felt this great in years! Jon and Kai are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing them at Mountain View Pain Center.

It is a scam, they are just for the money. I did shots in my back I am still in pain. I went to their chiropractor when I left I have been in pain for 7 hours then they gave me a bill of $300 when my health insurance pays the full amount 🙃 I did not pay

Spent $250 for an initial visit and had some follow up questions so I called the office and they told me to email my provider. I sent the following questions to my provider and never got a response back even after contacting the office multiple times. “Thank you for your time today. I have done a little research on the ganglion impar block and so I have a couple of additional questions. How long does it typically last? If I were to elect to have surgery again could having this block impair recovery? Is this block specifically for nerve pain or does it address all pain? Is all pain technically nerve pain? Part of my uncomfortableness is the constant heaviness, dragging type sensation. I have a constant feeling that my organs are trying to fall out. Will a nerve block help with these sensations?” Healthcare has really gone downhill. How are providers allowed to collect insurance funds and yet not answer patient questions regarding proposed treatments? Another issue is that when you try to call the clinic you are sent to an oversees call center. This goes to show you this clinic cares more about profit than patient care.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I requested information about my procedure multiple times (at least five), and each time I was told it would be sent, but I never received anything. I also waited weeks for follow-up calls that never happened. After weeks of trying to get basic information with no communication, I ultimately had to go elsewhere for care. This kind of lack of coordination is unacceptable, especially when it involves medical treatment. Additionally, my experience with the front desk staff was not positive—they came across as unfriendly and, at times, dismissive. I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.
